2008 - 2009 Season

This season I played with the Lawrenceville city recreation league. I was really glad that I could play with my friends again. I hadn't seen some of them in a couple of years. My coach was Coach James Argilagos. He was my coach when I was 6 years old, and he helped us win the championship for our age group then, just like we won this year too. He's a really good coach, and he doesn't yell at us a lot, unless we really mess up.

After playing at Suwanee Sports Academy, my skills were a little better, so I played better basketball this time around. I played so well that Coach James asked me to be on the All-Stars team this year! This was my first time ever being on the All-Stars team and playing in the county All-Stars tournament. It was a lot of hard practice and the teams that we played against played hard too. We made it to the semi-finals and lost. But, maybe next year we'll make it all the way to the finals and finally beat that Dacula team.
